Two poems, "simulacrum" and "liminal" have recently been accepted for publication in Black Heart Magazine. These poems were both originally written with different markets and inspirations in mind, but they both went through several big edits.
No new submissions have been sent out in about a month. Last few projects included some entries for themed submission calls like the Lane of Unusual Traders. Hopefully I can get a few more submissions out by November.

Another piece from Story a Day May ("Scorch") was accepted last week and is forthcoming in Wyvern Lit mag. This was another slightly experimental piece that I'm excited to see published.

Notes: This is by no means an exhaustive list, and it will continue to be updated on a rolling basis. Feel free to mention any other resources I've missed. [This blog post originally published on writerlyrants.wordpress.com.] About a week ago I got an acceptance from Every Day Fiction for a short piece called eReaper, a modern take on death (as is probably clear from the title). It's going to be up on April 28, 2014.
Also, my experimental piece called "Sticky Notes" was posted up at theNewerYork not too long ago, also. It can be found here. |
